Explain supply-chain trends to people who don't think about supply chains.
Crystal Link Technology builds cloud supply-chain management software for the food and beverage industry. The video's job was educational: introduce where SCM is heading and why it matters, in a way a non-specialist audience could follow, without drowning them in jargon.
- Lead with the why. Frame each trend around a real problem the audience recognises, then show how it gets solved.
- Visual, not verbal. Carry the explanation with simple motion and graphics so the ideas land without a wall of text.
- Keep it tight. One idea per beat, paced so a non-specialist stays with it to the end.
An early lesson in the thread that runs through all of this: the subject can be as dry as enterprise software, and craft is still what decides whether anyone takes it in. Make the complex clear and people will give it their attention.
